Limiting global warming to 1.5°C implies reaching net zero CO2 emissions in 2050 according to the IPCC. Next to substantially reducing emissions, this target will only be possible by globally deploying carbon removal at the scale of billions of tons of CO2. Neustark is a leading provider in this rapidly growing field, having developed a solution to durably store CO2 from the air in recycled mineral waste such as demolished concrete. Founded in 2019 in Switzerland, our first solutions have been deployed in Europe and are already capturing and storing tons of CO2 every day. We are currently scaling up our operations and carbon removal impact globally – on the road to removing hundreds of thousands of tonnes of CO2 this decade – and millions in the decades to come. This is what YOUR future team does: Our People & Culture team supports employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. We focus on creating a positive employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations, including payroll processes, and developing people practices that enable collaboration, growth, and organizational success. The team works closely with leadership to foster an inclusive, compliant, and people-centered workplace. YOUR mission at neustark Support employees and managers in daily HR matters across the full employee lifecycle Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Prepare contracts, references, and HR documentation while maintaining accurate employee data Manage and coordinate monthly payroll preparation in collaboration with external payroll providers or finance Contribute to improving HR processes and supporting People & Culture initiatives This is what we offer YOU: Sustainability mission: Together, we create a tangible climate impact through permanent CO₂ storage and removal.
