Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our high-level examination, content group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and enhance our content portfolio. You will work closely with our team to analyze large-scale, high-layered data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-layered data to drive business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
