As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of our dynamic and fast-paced contact center team, working from the comfort of your own home.

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and handling incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to an appropriate team member
  • Adhering to and reinforcing arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on professional demeanor and empathy
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit for 6 or more hours per day and occasionally stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry

  • Work from home (remote) experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
