Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members and providers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior representatives as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home and prove self-sufficiency
  • Must commute to the office in Princeton, NJ when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
