Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving a wide range of support requests and issues.
  • Data Entry: Conducting records submission and clerical work, including data entry, filing, and document production.
  • Communication: Managing customer communication, including creating and updating customer service issue tickets, and preparing correspondence related to the customer assistance process.
  • Office Management: Managing the business's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, and seating them to their appointed offices and conference rooms.
  • General Office Roles: Performing a range of general office tasks, including submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task work.
  • Supply Management: Responsible for checking inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Work Remotely: The ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
