Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue operations department. You'll be responsible for performing various duties related to medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. This is a remote opportunity, and after completing our comprehensive training program, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties for the revenue operations department related to medical insurance collections, credits, or setting patient insurance coverage
• Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
• Responding timely and accurately to payer communications
• Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
• Partnering with clinics teammates, such as Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
• Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
• Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
• Data Entry experience filling out online forms
• Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
• Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
• Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
