Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to resolve issues
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including live chat and phone support software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with individuals with exceptionalities or in a related field
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
