Experienced Customer Service Representative-Retention (Hybrid) – Drive Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at arenaflex

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty in a dynamic, hybrid environment. In this exciting role, you'll work from our San Antonio location (1010 N Saint Mary's St, San Antonio, Texas 78215) for 3-4 days a week and remotely from home for 1-2 days a week, utilizing a range of tools and systems to provide top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative-Retention (Hybrid), you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide range of customer interactions, including wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements.
  • Assisting customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications.
  • Proactively engaging with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues.
  • Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters.
  • Coordinating with all sales channels for retention efforts on our existing customer base.
  • Selling products and services offered by arenaflex.
  • Exhibiting in-depth knowledge of all products, services, rate plans, feature bundles, and offers to provide best solution options and totally resolve customer issues.
  • Developing a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs).
  • A workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.).
  • Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
