Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions about their automotive needs
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information to generate leads for our clients
  • Summarizing interactions with customers to help our clients better understand their needs and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall support processes

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills (you should be comfortable using a computer and navigating online platforms)
  • Strong ability to multitask (we move fast, and you'll need to keep up!)
  • Positive and professional demeanor (you'll be representing arenaflex and our clients, so a friendly and approachable attitude is essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll be communicating with customers and colleagues via chat, email, and phone)
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment (we're always innovating and improving, and you'll need to be flexible and enthusiastic about it)

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday, between 10am-6:30pm CST (don't worry, we'll provide lunch and snacks to keep you fueled!)
  • Have a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (we're open 24/7, and you'll need to be flexible to meet our customers' needs)
  • Have a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
