Office Manager / Bookkeeper (QuickBooks) – Keystone Builders & Exteriors Keystone Builders & Exteriors is a fast-growing, locally owned company based in Maple Grove, MN, and we’re looking to bring on a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is a key part of our operation—handling our day-to-day financials while also helping manage incoming calls and keeping the office running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and can handle both the numbers and light front-office responsibilities. This is primarily an in-office position with some flexibility to work from home when needed. If you have experience in QuickBooks and enjoy being part of a growing company where your role truly matters, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities:

  • Manage company books using QuickBooks (daily entries, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Track jobs, invoices, and payments across projects
  • Process payroll and assist with financial organization
  • Deposit checks and manage incoming payments
  • Follow up on collections and outstanding balances
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route leads to sales team
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
  • Support team with scheduling, document management, and job tracking systems

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks (required)
  • Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
  • Receptionist or admin experience is a plus
  • Construction or home services experience is a bonus (not required)
