Senior Environment Artist, Games Studio

Develop and create visually stunning and immersive environments for Netflix's original games. Collaborate with game designers and other team members to ensure the environments align with the overall vision and gameplay. Utilize your strong eye for detail and understanding of game development to ensure the environments are optimized for performance and player experience. Stay current with industry trends and techniques to consistently improve and innovate the quality of the environments. Work closely with the art director to maintain visual consistency and adhere to the established art style. Mentor and guide junior artists to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team. Create and maintain detailed documentation for the environments, including asset lists, style guides, and technical guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as game designers, programmers, and animators to ensure a seamless integration of assets into the game. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality. Continuously seek out and implement feedback from the team to improve the overall quality of the environments. Contribute to the overall creative direction and vision of the game, using your creative mindset and passion for the gaming industry. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and informed on project progress and changes. Keep up-to-date with the latest gaming technologies and tools to ensure the environments are utilizing the most cutting-edge techniques and visuals. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, fostering a strong team dynamic and creating a supportive work environment.
