Manager, Post Automation

NBCUniversal Media is looking for a Manager of Post Automation to join our team and take our post-production processes to the next level.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of automated workflows for our post-production teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization and drive efficiencies in our post-production processes. Develop and implement automated workflows for post-production processes in order to increase efficiency and streamline operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including post-production, IT, and operations, to identify areas for automation and process improvement. Lead and manage projects related to post-production automation, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution. Analyze current post-production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement automation solutions, including software and hardware integration. Train and mentor post-production teams on new automation processes and technologies. Monitor and track post-production performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of automated workflows and identify areas for further improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to post-production automation, working closely with IT and post-production teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve post-production processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to automation and data management. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to implement and maintain automation systems. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of post-production automation projects to senior management. Proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks in post-production automation projects. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and innovate post-production processes and workflows.
