Job Title OB/GYN Surgical Sales – High-Income Biologics (FT/PT/1099) Location Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Full Job DescriptionOverview We are introducing a new category of specialized surgical biologics for women’s health, designed specifically for minimally invasive OB/GYN procedures. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with current or prior relationships with OB/GYN surgeons who are looking to bring a clinically relevant solution into their network. We are currently connecting with a small number of reps in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market as we begin rollout. What Makes This Opportunity Unique

  • Designed to integrate into procedures already being performed
  • Focused on GYN / pelvic procedures (robotic & minimally invasive)
  • No requirement to currently be covering active surgical cases
  • Opportunity to re-engage and expand existing surgeon relationships
  • Flexible involvement: full-time, part-time, or 1099

Most reps we work with aren’t replacing what they do—they’re simply the ones who bring something new into their surgeon relationships first. Who This Is For We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have current or past relationships with OB/GYN surgeons
  • Have experience in medical device, surgical sales, or related healthcare roles
  • Are comfortable engaging with physicians and clinical teams
  • Have familiarity with surgical environments (OR exposure is a plus, not required)
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset or interest in flexible opportunities

Ideal Backgrounds

  • OB/GYN device reps (current or former)
  • Endoscopy / laparoscopy reps
  • Urology or pelvic procedure exposure
  • Surgical or OR-based sales roles
  • Individuals between roles who still maintain strong physician relationships

Compensation & Structure We offer flexible engagement models depending on your situation:

  • Full-Time Opportunities
  • Part-Time / Add-On Roles
  • 1099 / Commission-Based Structure

Compensation is tied directly to account adoption and growth within your network.

  • Average commission per active account: ~$7,500/month
  • On-target annual earnings: $250,000 – $1,000,000+

Earnings vary based on number of active accounts and level of involvement. About the Opportunity Biologics have become widely adopted across multiple surgical specialties. In women’s health, adoption remains early—creating an opportunity for reps who want to introduce these solutions into their existing surgeon relationships.
