We are looking for a highly skilled and motivatedEpic Application Analystwith specialized expertise inClinical Documentation (Clin Doc)to join our growing healthcare IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing Epic's Clinical Documentation solutions to support accurate and efficient documentation practices across the organization. You will work closely with clinicians, physicians, and IT teams to enhance clinical workflows, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and improve patient care documentation processes. Job Specifics:

  • Location: Remote|1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • Hours: Full-Time | Days
  • FTE Status: 1.0 | Exempt
  • Work Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday

Job Description: The Application Analyst works under general direction to gather and analyze data, and make recommendations for computerized application processes assisting with workflow and business needs. In addition, they will provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems in a manner consistent with a mission-critical hospital/health care environment. The Application Analyst will work as a member of an inter-disciplinary team to provide customer centered solutions. The Application Analyst will follow current industry rules and regulations, ensuring that the informatics solution is in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role uses analytical experience to assist information systems end-users with the overall objective of improving the use of application systems functionality, i.e., enhance workflow, optimize business processes, and identify appropriate systems solutions. Qualifications:

  • Epic Clin Doc Certification experience required.
  • Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience required.
  • Proven experience working with Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) module in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Clin Doc systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clinicians and technical teams.
