Join a high-performing remote insurance sales team where all leads are pre-qualified — no cold calling required! As a Work from Home Insurance Sales Executive, you’ll connect with warm leads, guide customers through policy options, and help them secure coverage that meets their needs. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who want flexibility, performance-based earnings, and a no-pressure selling environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with pre-generated, qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
  • Explain policy terms, benefits, premiums, and claim processes clearly
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients remotely
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and reporting goals
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update client status

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, or BPO is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
  • Ability to work independently and close sales virtually
  • Laptop/smartphone with internet connectivity
  • IRDA certification (preferred but can be facilitated for the right candidates)
