Justice Solutions Program Liaison

As a Justice Solutions Program Liaison at CVS Health, you will be a key player in the development and execution of programs that advance our commitment to social justice and equity. This position requires creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside-the-box to identify and implement solutions that improve our communities. You must also possess a working knowledge of data and analytics, and the ability to develop and implement complex initiatives that have a lasting impact. Excellent interpersonal skills, superior organizational ability, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and social justice are also required. Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative programs that advance CVS Health’s commitment to social justice and equity. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions that improve our communities. Analyze data and develop complex initiatives that have a lasting impact. Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders in the criminal justice and/or justice system reform fields. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful program implementation. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and progress. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate program outcomes. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
