In this role, you will be responsible for assisting airline customers with booking inquiries, flight changes, baggage issues, and general airline-related support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket modifications.

Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and airline regulations.

Troubleshoot issues related to online bookings and payment transactions.

Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.

Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Work collaboratively with other support teams to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Proficiency in using airline reservation systems and customer service software.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center, airline, or travel agency environment.

Prior experience in handling airline reservations, ticketing, or customer complaints is preferred.
