What you'll be doing in this role
- Execute outbound experiments - research prospects, craft outreach, and iterate based on results.
- Qualify and nurture leads - turn leads into sales opportunities and coordinate hand-offs
- Run events across Europe - coordinate demand generation activities
- Help shape our GTM - contribute insights and feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Jumping into whatever else needs doing - across sales, ops, or partnerships
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or sales development
- Strong communicator - skilled at outreach, relationship building
- Experimental mindset - you love testing new approaches, measuring results, and iterating to find what works.
- Curiosity & hustle - driven to learn fast, experiment boldly, and push pipeline generation boundaries.
- Proactive, optimistic, and like to move fast
