The Analyst, Consumer and Customer Relations plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Saputo product information across internal systems and external customer and third-party platforms. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and customers to manage product data, documentation, and certifications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. How you will make contributions that matter Maintain and manage Saputo item data across multiple internal and external customer and third-party databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to assess data requirements and align product information with customer and vendor standards. Maintain and update product specifications documentation, and certifications to ensure information is current and consistent. Manage and upload required Saputo documentation within customer portals and third-party networks. Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with management to implement efficiencies and best practices. Support ad hoc initiatives and project-based work as assigned, including cross-functional projects. You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant education and/or experience. Exhibit a high level of professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Possess strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work cross-functionally within a team and manage multiple projects with energy. Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
