Marketing Director, Nursing and Specialty Solutions

About the Role: This role is responsible for the marketing strategy and program execution of nursing programs and specialized solutions with emphasis on NOAM market. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy, value proposition, and KPIs for Nursing & Specialty Solutions, aligned to overall commercial objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance, alignment, and oversight to NOAM regional marketers to drive revenue growth and ensure execution against plans.
  • Act as the primary connector between global and regional marketing teams, ensuring consistency and alignment across multi-region initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across NOAM and global teams, driving collaboration, alignment, and timely, informed decision-making.
  • Partner with global and regional marketing teams to develop global campaigns and ensure effective localization to meet regional needs.
  • Lead Nursing & Specialty Solutions marketing support for cross-functional and special strategic projects as needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive insights, and campaign performance to inform strategy, optimize ROI, and improve outcomes.
  • Consolidate and report marketing performance and insights across regions, including QBRs and stakeholder updates.

Requirements:

  • Have proven experience in healthcare marketing, including experience in marketing project management and strategy
  • Demonstrate leadership through effective communication, stakeholder management, good decision making and a collaborative mindset to drive organizational success.
  • Be able to collaborate with global marketing team and regional marketing team to be an asset and leader to support their efforts.
  • While not managing a team directly, key is to provide guidance, strategic alignment, and oversight to help drive revenue growth and ensure the marketing teams' efforts contribute effectively to broader business goals for Nursing and Specialty Solutions.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office with additional experience using AI and marketing tools

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $109,500 - $182,700.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
