Utilize your expertise in UI/UX design principles and animations to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the product. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UI/UX design and apply them to our product. Use your strong software engineering skills to develop and maintain high-quality code. Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues related to UI/UX and animations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in design and functionality across different platforms. Mentor and guide junior engineers in UI/UX design and development. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the UI/UX and animations. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall user experience. Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap with your knowledge and insights. Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
