Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and engaging brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and branding plans in line with company objectives.
  • Design and produce visual and written content, including ads, social media posts, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, engagement, and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Work with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials reflect a unified and professional brand identity.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings. Manage the CEOs calendar, including arranging travel and accommodations as needed. Send reminders and confirmations to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread business documents, reports, and presentations. Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in developing marketing content.
  • Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
  • Ability to organize complex information into digestible and engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
