Role Overview As a Telehealth Veterinary Technician at bolthires, you will play a vital role in championing the support and education of our pet parents on products and services that promote animal health and wellbeing. You will provide subject matter expertise on companion animal health and wellness, participate in program development, and collaborate with our team members to drive innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support and education to pet parents on products and services that promote animal health and wellbeing
• Offer subject matter expertise on companion animal health and wellness to bolthires Health
• Participate in program development and enhance training procedures to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and triage platform improvements and support innovative advancements to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with bolthires Health team members to develop current and new services and products that meet the evolving needs of pet parents
• Utilize your expertise to provide effective communication with pet parents and ensure seamless customer experiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
• An active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
• A Veterinary Technology associate's or bachelor's degree from a NAVTA and/or AVMA-CVTEA accredited program, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with interacting with customers and team members remotely through an online platform
• Exemplary listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask comfortably
• A team-oriented approach and a passion for collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with a proven ability to work independently
• Familiarity with online platforms and digital communication tools
• A strong understanding of the virtual care industry and the role of telehealth in animal health
