Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in developing and sustaining coverage, providing departmental insights on efficiency, and creating data-driven solutions to address various quantitative tasks. You will work closely with technology on service demands and data storage facility options to meet departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new, modifying existing, and performing ad-hoc coverage in support of business processes and data-driven decision making
- Creating dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide significant insights and visualizations
- Developing tough Records Quality specifications and management to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Managing and creating new data pipelines from resource devices to the Data Warehouse
- Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs, preserve complete records, and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting necessities
- Producing, maintaining, and establishing scalable data pipelines and data construction
- Utilizing data storytelling principles to generate clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI
- Helping automate existing business functions and boost exception-based reporting
- Partnering with IT and bachelor's degrees to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining)
- Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns that provide actionable results
- Validating data for formality by verifying against requirements
- Researching data errors and remediate poor data
- Participating in the Data Governance course by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
- Examining and validating metrics are effective and providing reviews to team leaders of styles that need attention
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience performing comprehensive data analysis
- Strong experience working with PowerBI
- Familiarity with different disclosing objects like Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Area, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc in Power BI
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code
- Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing sophisticated SQL to create files and analytics
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
- Problem-solving with statistical evaluation with large data collections highly preferable
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
- Experience with Smartsheets
- Strong work effort in the progression and timely finalization of projects and deadlines

* Experience with data mining and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
