Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex's products, services, and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with customer issues, troubleshooting basic queries or redirecting to the appropriate department.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and support processes.

Qualifications:
