Responsibilities
As a remote work from home customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Completing written and oral instructions as provided
- Completing written surveys for each panel discussion
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start times
- Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
Experience
While experience is not required, you'll need to be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in discussions and provide honest feedback.

- Entertainment discussions (TV shows, movies, and video games)
- Food discussions (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
- Sports discussions (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
- Electronics discussions (tell us which devices you prefer and why)
- Pets discussions (animal lovers needed – dogs, cats, and other pets)
- Automobile discussions (do you own, make payments, or lease your vehicle?)
