Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vendor Accountability Associate. The role involves managing vendor relationships, maintaining compliance tracking, overseeing vendor performance evaluation, and ensuring accountability. The Associate will handle documentation, conduct audits, monitor vendor expenses, improve processes, and enhance communication with stakeholders. The position also involves analyzing contracts and providing actionable insights to optimize vendor partnerships and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Vendor Management, Vendor Accountability, and Vendor Risk Assessment
  • Strong skills in Financial Planning, Cost Reduction, and Expense Analysis
  • Proficiency in Document Management, Compliance Tracking, and Contract Optimization
  • Exceptional Communication, Organization, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote working environment
  • Familiarity with benchmarking techniques and process improvement strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with vendor management software and analytics tools is a plus
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
