As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your role will be to provide clear, friendly advice, resolve issues, and offer personalized solutions. Whether customers are seeking product information, troubleshooting help, or simply need reassurance, you'll be the go-to expert who brings resolutions and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions

Requirements:
