Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience. This is a part-time role, requiring a minimum of 5 hours of work per week, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers through live chat

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
