Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with post-sales problems, expediting orders, and providing effective solutions to their queries. You will communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and resolve issues in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions - Assist customers with expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services - Experience with software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills
