REQUIREMENT Technical Product Owner with Acqueon Dialer NYC,NY (Remote) Long term contract Roles and Responsibility (JD)

  • Looking for a seasoned Product Owner that is familiar with auto-dialer campaign management.
  • The individual needs to lead effort independently, work effectively with a scrum team using agile methodology and well as have the ability to work across teams.
  • The product owner must collaborate with business stakeholders: Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and other IT teams to ensure seamless operations of the campaign.
  • The individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, work with scrum teams to create the user stories, work with the developers to ensure prioritized work is consumed in the appropriate sprints and continue the backlog management of requests.
  • They will conduct testing efforts with QA team members to ensure all requirements are met, organize UAT sessions with business stakeholders, Provide the support needed for incidents/defects.
  • They will create well-defined presentation decks to highlight all new or updated functionality to the business partners.
  • The Product Owner must have strong written and verbal skills and must be able to utilize data to tell a story
  • Dialer Experience on Acqueon Platform
