Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients through written and oral surveys
- Reviewing and using new products or services before they're launched to the public
- Providing honest feedback on products and services to help our clients improve their offerings
- Working independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
- Complete written and oral surveys, as provided
- Use products and/or services, as required, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Follow oral and written instructions, as provided
- Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience
While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are able to work independently and meet deadlines. If you have experience in customer service, market research, or a related field, that's a plus! However, we're also open to individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
