Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members over the phone and through various digital channels. You'll assist members with inquiries about their benefits, claims, and other related issues, while also resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate and up-to-date information about benefits and claims - Assisting members with resolving issues and concerns, including but not limited to: - Benefits and claims-related inquiries - Policy changes and updates - Billing and payment-related issues - Other related issues - Documenting all interactions in our customer service database - Adhering to all compliance and quality standards - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - Previous customer service experience, preferably in the health insurance industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
