Experienced Technical Customer Support Associate – Customer Success & Operations

What You'll Do

As a Technical Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries over Slack and email within 1 hour, addressing issues such as bugs, onboarding challenges, or product strategy
  • Developing domain and product expertise to provide informed advice and solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with our CEO to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of customers within 30 days of starting with us
  • Tracking customer activity and proactively re-engaging customers who may be struggling to fully utilize our product
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing customers by scoping out other users within a company
  • Reporting and resolving bugs or less-than-ideal experiences in our product
  • Working closely with our engineering team to ensure new features and releases meet customer expectations

About You

We're looking for a highly organized, diligent, and responsible individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key qualifications include:

  • Native English fluency and excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on customer success
  • Basic software engineering experience, although coding is not required (you'll need to have a solid understanding of technical concepts and debugging)
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges

Requirements

* Science or Engineering degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience

  • Excellent English communication skills, with a strong focus on written communication for customer-facing interactions

Logistics

* You'll work evening shifts to ensure better coverage over US timezones (95% of our customers are based in the US)

  • Remote work is acceptable, although being located in Bangalore is slightly preferred
  • You'll be working with a global team, so flexibility and adaptability are essential
