Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Extending a level of service that is genial, considerate, and timely to all clients
  • Executing transactions and managing the cash register while assisting customers
  • Assisting in maintaining store presentations, restocking supplies, and managing signage
  • Supporting the maintenance and arrangement of stock within store inventories
  • Sustaining a well-kempt and structured store layout
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly and striving to resolve any issues they may be facing
  • Collaborating with team members in order to reach store goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Qualifications and Experience

We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a can-do attitude. While previous experience is not mandatory, we're looking for individuals who possess:
