What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; OR
  • 6+ months of related experience or training; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and work effectively with customers and sales
  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10 pounds

What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing telephone support to customers, Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and consumers
  • Handling all inbound calls in accordance with Call Quality Standards
  • Coordinating with external vendors for art proofs and customer orders
  • Assisting with processing internal and external customer orders
  • Receiving, reviewing, and submitting order requests accurately and efficiently
  • Verifying customer orders for correct pricing, accuracy, and compliance
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, processes, and promotions
  • Resolving basic to complex customer issues with effective solutions
