What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support
  • Research and problem-solve to find creative solutions to complex customer issues
  • Operate with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, applying a customer-centric approach to every interaction
  • Collaborate with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and internet browsing to assist customers
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
