In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives, providing exceptional support and assistance.   • Handling inbound and outbound calls to address patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
  • Assisting with insurance verification, billing, and claims processing in both Spanish and English.
