The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls and text-based tickets
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keeping records of customer interactions
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
  • Coordinating resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • A proven record of successful customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
  • Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
  • Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a plus
  • Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
