Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portola, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
