Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from answering questions to resolving complex problems. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide informed support - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a retail or customer-facing role - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Certification in customer service or a related field
