Join FlowRx to help redefine the future of pharmacy care. Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Pharmacist – LTC (Long-Term Care) Implementation & Customer Success. In this role, you will lead pharmacy implementations, collaborating with clients to tailor and deploy FlowRx solutions to their unique workflows. Support customer success by providing continued guidance, training, and troubleshooting to optimize system usage and outcomes. Leverage your pharmacy expertise to analyze customer needs, identify process improvements, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy-related skills: Deep understanding of LTC pharmacy operations and workflows, experience with medication dispensing and regulatory compliance
  • Customer success expertise: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deliver client training, provide ongoing support, identify needs, and tailor scalable solutions
  • Project and time management: Ability to lead multiple implementations simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure quality service delivery
  • Educational background: PharmD or equivalent qualification; active pharmacist license required, with preference for those with LTC pharmacy experience
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking: Capability to assess operational challenges and create tailored, efficient solutions
