Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application and operational support for telecom systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production/application issues
  • Work closely with business and technical teams for issue resolution
  • Monitor system performance and support operational stability
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities
  • Maintain support documentation and follow support processes
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and issue management
