Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering systems. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
