Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

Our commitment to values has enabled us to thrive in the industry, and we're now seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department - Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates - Route technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery - Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Schedule:

- Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Qualifications:

- Previous call center experience (at least one year) - Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia - Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan) - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Remote Work Requirements:

- High-speed internet connection - Quiet workspace with minimal background noise - arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone; however, you must provide your own equipment and ensure it meets our technical requirements
