Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our patients and contributing to the success of our community-focused initiatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients with professionalism and empathy, scheduling appointments, and assisting with patient service requests. You'll also provide accurate information about healthcare services, maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient service requests
  • Provide accurate information about healthcare services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support a positive patient experience through clear and compassionate communication
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's services and policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with computers and communication tools
  • Passion for helping others and providing high-quality service

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Skills and Competencies

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
