Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers in ensuring prescription coverage for patients. This role involves handling inbound faxes and managing phone calls in a call center environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all necessary information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
  • Ensuring all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Following up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately inputting data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
