Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and professional support via live-chat, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests with clarity and efficiency.
  • Diagnosing and resolving customer problems effectively, ensuring that each interaction leads to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded in the customer service management system.
  • Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive customer support and contribute to team goals.
  • Gathering and reporting customer feedback to assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement in customer service processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers via live-chat.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proven capability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Technical proficiency, with comfort using various computer systems and applications; familiarity with live-chat software is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling customer inquiries and documenting interactions.
  • Empathy and patience, with the ability to remain calm and empathetic, even when dealing with challenging customer situations.

Experience

While previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in live-chat or remote environments, is preferred, it is not required. However, experience with customer support software and tools is beneficial.

Working Hours

This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Availability to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate customer needs.
