Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience designing and successfully shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Expert mastery over the entire Design Systems lifecycle
- Technical fluency required to influence code and front-end architecture
- Manage the integrity of design decisions across code
- Fluent in modern developer workflows and component distribution
- Prioritize system quality assurance and comprehensive documentation
- Maintain a world-class portfolio demonstrating exceptional systems thinking
- Proven leader in founding and launching new product foundations
- Advanced proficiency with specialized design systems tools
- Exceptional strategic collaboration and organizational influencing skills
- Lead and inform system priorities through rigorous research and data
