  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and tracking key performance metrics, generating regular reports to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive client success initiatives and address client needs
